A yesterday. I search for information on the SEPHORA COLLECTION Retractable Waterproof Eyeliner #10 Matte Brown Black, so i have to tell.
I don't remember paying $ 12 s/h for this eyeliner, I think it was a little less when I ordered 6 months ago .... However, this is the only pencil eyeliner I used that will last through swimming and Midwest humidity. (Loreal has a close runner up). I tried at least a dozen "waterproof" and/or "penknife" last year and was excited to finally find this one. If anyone has another brand that they recommended, please add a comment and send the recommendation
